Monthly plans and included services
Each monthly plan includes use of the client website during the subscription, not a transfer of website ownership.
Essentials System - $197/month: a custom 3-5 page website, logo design, Google review responses and updates, website hosting, quote forms, a domain name, website maintenance and automatic text-back for missed calls.
Professional System - $297/month: Essentials services, plus one year of follow-up for returning and referral customers, a Google review request link for honest feedback, website live chat, text and email confirmations, a unified inbox and customer support access.
Premium System - $797/month: Professional services, plus local SEO to help nearby customers find the business on Google Search and Maps, local keyword work, Google Business Profile posts and details, and consistent business information across the website and profile.
The listed services are the advertised scope, not a promise of unlimited work.
Support
Email is the preferred way to reach Bluepeak Digital LLC for support: [email protected]. Support requests are accepted any day of the week, and we aim to reply within 1 business day.
Billing
The prices above are monthly subscription prices for the selected plan. Website use is included in that monthly price. There are no setup fees. Plans are billed month to month, with no minimum term, on the same day each month. Subscription payments do not purchase the website or count as a website buyout.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel, email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and website use ends then. Partial-month refunds are not provided. Cancellation does not transfer the website to the client. Website use is part of the subscription, not an ownership right that continues after the subscription ends.
Optional website buyout
A client who cancels may choose to buy out the website from Bluepeak Digital LLC for a set price of $999. A buyout is optional and separate from monthly subscription fees. Cancellation alone does not give the client the website.
Ownership transfers only after the agreed buyout price is paid and the confirmed transfer conditions are met. Before payment, Bluepeak Digital LLC must identify the website materials and rights included, any excluded third-party tools or licenses, the transfer process and any ongoing hosting or service costs.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals and lawful access to materials and accounts needed for the services. Clients must have rights to the content they provide and the permissions required to contact their customers. Do not provide confidential credentials through ordinary email or public forms.
Acceptable use and reviews
Do not use the website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized access, malware or infringement. Do not submit false reviews or selectively solicit positive reviews or discourage negative feedback. Messaging, review and advertising activity must follow applicable law and platform rules.
Results and third-party services
Bluepeak Digital LLC does not guarantee a specific search ranking, number of leads, revenue, review rating or marketing result. Results depend on factors outside our control. Third-party platforms, software and integrations have their own terms, availability and limitations.
Content and ownership
Bluepeak Digital LLC branding and website materials may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law. Client-provided materials remain subject to their existing ownership and license rights. The subscription and optional buyout rules above apply to the client website. These terms do not grant permission to use a client's name, logo or work as a testimonial or portfolio item.
Text messaging
If you opt in through a Bluepeak Digital LLC sign-up form, Bluepeak Digital LLC may send messages for the purposes explained at sign-up, such as appointment reminders, service updates or marketing where separately authorized. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. After an opt-out, no further messages should be sent except a permitted confirmation, unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Privacy Policy describes how mobile information and consent are handled. These terms do not themselves create text-message consent.

Website information, demo bookings and availability
A demo booking is a request to discuss services, not a purchase or guarantee of availability. The website may contain errors or be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and questions
Changes to these terms require an updated effective date and any notice or consent required by law. Editing this page alone does not change a client's accepted service scope or price. Questions: [email protected].
